After breakfast, the group hopped on the bus and went our way to the turron factory.
There, the kids was told about the process of making turron and the different types of it. It was a whole morning filled with sweets and bits of history, as the kids also learned about how Turrones 1880 became the famous confectionary holding company it is today.
The best part of the tour, of course, was at the end when the kids got to taste the different turrones the factory makes.
When we got back to camp, we played Capture the Flag while waiting for lunch.
We had some rest during lunch, and after some packing, we spent the afternoon at the Nautical Club, where the kids had their fill of watersports.
We spent the hours just soaking up the sun, sand, and sea doing learning sailing, motorboats, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding. One of the best things during this time was that the kids actually tried every activity, even navigating the sails on the sailboat.
With their energy drained, we had time to recharge ourselves and our phones during some free time.
After dinner, we played a game of Cluedo.
From the costumes of the councilors and the look on the faces of the kids after the game, it is safe to say they enjoyed it a lot.
